i am single, 32 yrs old and urgently not desperately searching for a room to rent. i'm familiar with a leasing agreement process as well as the laws pertaining to rights for both tenant and landlord. would like to be as professional as possible on both ends is all. i am a journeyman carpenter local union 409 l.a. also an experienced handyman in residential const/ remodel., including plumbing & elect maintenance.
a father to a wonderful 3yr old son, this will not be his permanent residence.
