hello,

i am interested in your rental / share. i am easy going and fun and drama-free! i have a great sense of humor. i love animals but i just moved in to a share and my room smells like dog urine and my shower is not working properly. my landlord prefers to communicate by text and doesn’t seem to want to actually talk about it. i moved here from a one bedroom apartment where i lived alone for 3 years (never-ever been late with rent), but want to save money. i'm not a neat freak but not a slob either. i don't smoke cigarettes but do like red wine. i've been in texas for about 3 years. i am a good cook! looking to move in now days. many ads say “private bath” but then it’s not or “no private bath” but then it is. i prefer a private bath but am open to a shared if everything fits well. this is a “serious” inquiry so please contact me if interested.
