hi,

my name is nancy. i am a 61 yr old tgirl. i do smoke. i am retired and on ssdi ( have proof of income). i am writing this on sunday, may 11, 2014. i live in an apartment with a roommate, but it is not working out. our lease runs out on june 30, 2014. i need to find a room by the end of may so i can give the apartment office written notice on june 1. i get paid on the third of each month so i will not be able to pay my rent until june 3, 2014, but i will pay it. i do have a car.

now girls, i am physically male, but living full time as nancy. let's get this straight - i am not looking for sex. i am looking for someone i can talk to and maybe go shopping with. i do have a lot of life experience and would be glad to help in any way i can (except money).

i am low income and the most i can afford for rent is $400/mth. we would have to work out an agreement if their is a deposit.
