hello,



my name is carlo pacini. i currently in imperial beach in a condo my mother and brother-in-law own. i take care of my elderly mother after she fell and broke her hip. it is getting very difficult for her to climb the stairs as you know some of these beach condos have. we have decided for her to move in to my sisters house and i find a place so they can rent the place out for a couple grand or so. i was paying them half the $2400 mortgage so should have no problem making rent. i moved here from the sacramento area about 3 years ago and have had my job as fleet manager for two and a half years. i would much like to see the place and am just minutes away. hope to here from you. thank you very much,
