i'm a responsible (20+ yr homeowner), mature, quiet female professional looking for a rooming situation. non-smoking only! i have one small dog that is very well behaved, crate trained and one 14 yr. old indoor only cat who has no issues.

i'm completing a holistic health practitioner cert. in an ontario school march 1. i'm looking for a decent, clean and quiet place to live so i may focus on developing a new business.

i would be comfortable committing to something for six months. if it's a good fit for everyone, i would have no problem committing for a longer period of time. i have a perfect credit rating and long term references, personal and ucla.
