hello. my name is cheryl, and i am a full-time student at fullerton college. i have a stable income, and great rental history (including apartments and a room). i am looking for a room to rent in either a house or apartment that will accept my cat, where the utilities are either included or low and the rent is $550 or less. i am on ssi, listed under permanent status, and qualify for huge discounts on utilities (if they are in my name). i do not smoke cigarettes, i do not drink and i do not do any illegal drugs. i am asking to have overnight guest, as i have a boyfriend who spends the weekends and some time during vacation (from school) with me. i am very clean, and am looking to move into a household that is tidy. i have no problem sharing a bathroom, and don't mind if my roommates are male or female. i am open minded to anyone's sexual orientation, and am 420 friendly. please feel free to contact me with any questions if you have something available and are interested in offering it to me. thank you very much!
