i'm a young professional, currently working in uptown. i would like to find an affordable room in the area with a mature, like-minded individual.

i mostly keep to myself and am easy to get along with. having said that, i am looking for someone who is friendly and has an appreciation for keeping their parts of the apartment clean.

i try to stay active by working out and getting outside on the weekends, but i can also kick back and relax with the best of them.

my deal-breakers are: excessive noise/partying, drugs, pets, smoking.
