hello and good day to you. my name is martin eduardo valle, but my friends all call me eddie. i am 28 years young and am currently looking for a room to rent. i don't drink. stopped over 3 years ago. i do smoke occasionally but only at work or in my car. i dislike a room or house that smells like a chimney. i am very outgoing, funny, articulate and a big believer in positive thinking. i'm also a neat freak with minor ocd which is a good thing. it just means i like being organized. i am a student at national career college in panorama city and work in granada hills at gatten sushi as a server and chef.
so for this room i'm looking for something long term or temporary. it all depends on your situation and price. but i would prefer long term. i don't make a lot of money but a do have a fair income. i am an easy going and very happy go lucky kind of guy. my best friend is my girlfriend of 4 years and would be the only person visiting me. her name is jackelin. yes it's spelled right.no "e" at the end. lol. as for anything else you would like to know. just send me a message or email and i'll be happy to respond.
