the very large empty room is 334 square feet with a 56.5 square foot walk-in closet and 73 square foot private bathroom.the room only has one window which is lockable and has an optional jam so that it can only be opened a limited amount, making it safe to leave open overnight. there is also a sliding glass door to the backyard with a screen door.
the lighting is a silent ceiling fan with 3 led light bulbs on a dimmer/speed switch on the wall next to the door, a large skylight, and vanity lights over the sink.
the walls are a shade of white and the carpet is light tan. there are a few stains from pet accidents.
every wall has a set of power outlets. there is a cable that is hooked up to dish network (if you do not want to have a tv in your room, we may be able to lower the rent to $900 even). there are also phone jacks but we don't know if they are connected.
you get your own smoke detector above the door.
the walk-in closet is full of built-in shelves.
there is a nook above the closet where you can store things.
the private bathroom has a glass boxed in shower and roman bathtub that we have never used. the toilet is hidden behind the bathtub.
there are his-and-hers sinks outside the bathroom with individual mirrors and medicine cabinets.
