recently divorced female business woman needing help with the house note. the upstairs being one of the 12x15 bedrooms is for rent with a full bath, game room/living room, built in desk, and spot in the garage. we would share the garage and large/fully supplied kitchen. there is a doggie door that leads into the fenced backyard so dogs are more than welcome but they need to be majorly potty trained as the upstairs is carpeted. the home was built within the last year and a half and has granite, hardwoods, rounded corners, is energy efficient etc. the upstairs has its own thermostat so you can control your temp. expenses are negotiable. subdivision is a new community with multiple lakes (one being real and fishable), pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and walking trails. the master bedroom is downstairs and away from the upstairs. the house is laid out in a way that we shouldn't be in each others hair and privacy/noise shouldn't be an issue.
