looking for one roommate (female) for available unfinished room in condo with large closet. the condo has: full working kitchen, dishwasher, two bathrooms, living room, dining space, and lots of storage. the building has change laundry machines down in the parking garage. there is only one spot per unit but lots of street parking.

the condo is within walking distance to balboa park, and several restaurants. just around the corner there is a bus stop that goes to down town. it is located in a quiet neighborhood. most of the neighbors in the building are older, so no loud parties.

i am a young professional who does graphic design and social media. i like spending time with friends and i am very easy going. i have a pug named jake who is very sweet and well behaved (only one pet allowed per unit)

please respond if you are not loud, do not smoke/drugs, respectful, able to pay rent on time, and tidy. also this room is for one person only, no couples please. no additional pets.
