hello!the rooms are spacious and quiet in the central park apartments. each room has its own full private bathroom. there is a washer and dryer included near the kitchen, and a balcony for some fresh air. there is an outdoor lounge with a grill, pool, and hot tub along with a gym for your convenience. it looks like a high-end hotel in a resort town. the apartment is new, beautiful, and ready for move-in august 1 (flexible with move-in dates). the complex has a work/study area with computers and printers.
transportation: we're literally a 2 minute walk to the orange/green line trolley (at amaya stop). but if you have a car: there is a reserved parking lot as well as ample parking. i'm walking distance to san diego state university. the complex is close to lake murray park and mission trails regional park. it's a quick drive to santee, el cajon, or downtown san diego. walking distance to a full mall/commercial district.
utilities: electric and high-speed internet will be split, as are any other utilities -- but these are the only ones that amount to anything. gas & trash.
misc: no pets allowed (except fish) in this apartment. and this is a nonsmoking unit. students or working professionals preferred.
first / last month are all that are required at the beginning -- no security deposit required (i'm paying it).

i'm a college student in a nursing program locally. i keep to myself and i'm clean. i'm gay, which doesn't matter to most people. i'm an open book, so ask me anything and i'll try to answer them all.
if this post is still up, i haven't found a guaranteed roommate and i'm still looking.
