i am looking for someone to take over my 11 month lease for a single bedroom and private bathroom in a four bedroom apartment at sterling alvarado apartments near sdsu. the apartment is located within walking distance of the campus and there is also a trolley that goes between the apartments and sdsu. it is also furnished and includes all utilities expect for cable tv. i prefer someone who can move in on august 15th, which requires having the paperwork done and approved before that date, but you would still be able to move in after if that is not possible.
