this is a 3/2 single family home located in north central san antonio on indian peak st. $600 includes everything, unless energy bill is over $250, then we will split the difference that month. it is possible to move in before august, but two of my friends (a couple) will be in one of the rooms. however, they are leaving at the end of august. so while they are living there your rent would only be $350 (again, which includes all utilities). i will be moving back to my home in florida july 2015, so if you want to stay longer than a year, you will need to apply for a lease with the landlord yourself at that point. i am super laid back and so are my friends. i have two black labs and my friends have one dog and one cat, so i am not allowed any more pets. let's skype if you're interested!
