room for rent for $650 includes utilities and internet. this would be a month-to-month contract. i'm pretty flexible. $300 deposit.pets: i have one cat. no dogs but a cat is okay. i recently refinished the hardwood floors so i don't want a dog to scratch them up.
unfurnished bedroom: 16'x12' with a 27"x51" cedar closet in the bedroom. hardwood floors throughout the whole house. the living room, dining room, bedrooms, and bathroom have been fully renovated. in the process of renovating the kitchen. laundry on site. shared bathroom.
this would be great for a trinity student. less than a block from trinity university. via bus stop three houses down. truly a great location.
