room for rent in 3 bedroom house, nice neighborhood. (arden area off of fulton and hurley) our third roommate recently moved out leaving a vacant room in our house. we are 55 and 35 year old guys who share a 3 bedroom house, looking for a third roommate. (preferably a guy but females are welcome if interested) we are both pretty easy going and easy to get along with. i work and go to school so i am not home very much during the day. we are pretty quiet and not looking for someone who will have parties or have a lot of people over. rent will be month to month, everything included for $500. this includes everything, cable, internet, electric, etc... a $500 deposit is required and can be used towards your last month after giving 30 days notice.
