i have a room for rent in the 5 bedroom house i stay in. here are the details in case you may be interested. very cozy, spacious rooms in a nice quiet neighborhood, perfect for college students. very accessible, literally 2 minutes from ucr and about 5 minutes from rcc. there is a 3-car garage, great for storage and a huge backyard and side yard, great for bbqs and entertaining guests. right off the 215, 60, and 91 fwys. rooms will be available starting june 14th and can either be subleased through september 1st or rented (through september 2016--will be put on lease). rent is $525 per month, utilities included with a $525 deposit. total amount to move in is $525 deposit to hold the room and prorated june rent - $262.50. there is currently 1 dog and 1 cat. 420/alcohol okay, no hard drugs, cigarette smoking must be done outside. i have had issues in the past with roommates so i am asking that all applicants please be students. contact kat (909) 635-5751 or axel (760) 562-1008.
