-gated community, swimming pool, hot-tub, on the bus line, easily accessible to downtown redlands, smaller/quieter complex.
-21 years old, laid back/easy going, 420 friendly, drinking allowed, no illegal drugs, i am currently working full-time(5 to 6 days a week)
-must be responsible and will pay rent on-time
flat rate of rent includes all utilities(electric, gas, and internet)
will need security deposit and first months rent before or the day of move in(security: $300; rent: $600)
