2 rooms for rent in 3 bdr, 1 bath house in poway. $900 a month total for both rooms. house has a large kitchen, great yard, washer/dryer. the rooms are next to each other, the current tenant is using one as the bedroom and the other for office/ living room. this is in a country enviroment with lots of trails but just around the corner from the main city.

you would be sharing a bathroom. all utilities are included, directv, internet are included as well. i am looking for someone, preferably female, responsible, considerate, clean and reliable. there is a door separating the 2 rooms from the rest of the house so there is some privacy on that side except for the washer, dryer and thermostat.

there will already be one dog and 2 cats in the house, however, you would be permitted to have one to two pets depending on how they get along with current pets. your pet must be good with cats.

i am looking to fill the rooms by january 12th . to move in, the deposit will be $900 plus first month's rent, would prefer a 6 month commitment and can opt for month to month after that. rent is due on the 1st of each month.
