hi! we're the kumars, just a married couple living in plano tx, 75025, quick access to hwy 121, i-75 & the dallas north tollway! its a nice single family house with 4 bed & 2.5 bath.

on second floor we've 6 rooms (media+game full bath+3 bedrooms) out of which we'd like to rent only 2 separate bedrooms for only 2 people starting from march 1st, 2014.

- so offering rent for 1 person, 1 furnished bedroom + media room + extra storage for only $750 and these are not shared!
- commonly shared room will be only 1.5 with all house facilities.

*** no bills, no contract and you don't have to worry about renter's insurance!
