the home is 1 1/2 years old. large dressing room attached to bathroom. you will have access to the common living areas. there is uverse wifi throughout the house. we have uverse tv w/ movie channels. the rent is $450 plus split utilities. i am a quite room mate. i don't do drugs or drink. i am not looking to rent to anyone who drinks in excess or any one who would bring drugs into my home. midlothian is 20 miles from dallas or ft worth. it's a small town with a very safe feel to it! i do not rent to couples.
