room for rent in 2 story 5 bedroom., 3 bath home. room is located on second floor at front end of house (opposite side of the master). house located on a cul de sac, golf course behind the homes across the street, near good schools, the college, shopping and dinning. must be gay friendly, my wife and i are both women, no kids, 2 dogs a maltese and mut both 4-9lbs no shedding. we are easy going, laid back and enjoy our home, looking for a nice roommate to rent 1-2 of our rooms. laundry is on the second floor, some storage available in the garage, access to kitchen and the rest of the house. utilities included but must get own cable if wanted as we only have internet. deposit is $200 non refundable deposit to cover paint, cleaning, flooring etc. will do an application check. thank you
