i am desperately looking for someone to take over my lease in a 1,926 sqft house that was built in 2008. the lease begins as soon as you sign until july 31, 2014 (at which time you can probably re-sign for more time if needed). i will pay for your whole first month's rent! the house is located about 6 miles from the texas tech campus near 34th st. and milwaukee. the room for rent is 154.88 sqft, and has a great layout for multiple pieces of furniture. there is also ample closet space and a window looking out into the neighborhood. rent is $550 a month plus 1/3 of monthly utilities. i have two female roommates that are both law students at texas tech, and are a joy to live with. i share a bathroom with one of them. parking is free, and there is room on the street in front of the house or in the driveway for a vehicle. all of the common areas are fully furnished, and you would only need to furnish the bedroom. females are preferred. the posted pictures were taken before we moved in, so the furnishings in the common areas are different and more female friendly. the room and bathroom pictured are the ones available. there is a $500 security deposit that is refundable at the end of the lease. contact me with your interest and i will put you in contact with the landlord to sign. also, i can put you in contact with my roommates so that you can talk and make sure everyone is compatible. i also have more pictures of the room, bathroom, and all common areas.-no pets
