i'm looking for a long or short-term tenant. preferably someone clean, not a hard partier, and definitely not anyone who brings the party home. most importantly, someone respectful of another's privacy and work. i'm a student, self-employed and i work mostly from home during the week days. communication is the key.
this is a gay, family friendly home. with some kids. we are not too big on rules we are very flexible. come get to see the room and speak to us, ask us questions etc.
decent large enough bedroom w/ plenty of street parking included in a very spacious 2br apt close to everything and close to the heart of anything you might need. nice clean style apartment just between florence and manchester / main and san pedro.
close to many schools and a public library (ascot branch library) 24 hour transportation close by if you don't have a car. this is a nice big and comfortable place. come see it
price for the room is $700 + $700 deposit. includes plenty of street parking, all utilities included in rent, premium cable, wireless internet, basic local phone service, access to washer and dryer in the apartment, etc. all you have to do is pay your rent that's all. everything else you might need comes included with the rent!
not a bad deal if you have to pay everything i am offering separately on your own. calculate it do the math you will see.
i can work with you on the deposit if you like in payments but at least the first months rent must be paid in full. i can give you a month to pay it after moving in.
fyi -- small dogs live here as well. they're pretty timid abit noisy at times and unless you want to make friends with them they keep to themselves.
