hi... i am 43 y/o professional woman with a room for rent. i have a cat, no additional pets... sorry.i work full time, m-f. mostly home in the evenings, out and about on the weekends. i'm mostly vegetarian in the house, use green cleaning products (for the most part), recycle, and moderately clean (the house does get a "lived-in" look as the week progresses, but i try to clean up every weekend). i sometimes leave dishes in the sink for a day, but generally keep it clean. i hope the same from you.
rent is $900/month. this includes utilities and wifi. i generally keep the tp, dish-soap, and brita filter stocked as well.
the room is 9x11.5' with decent size closet. the picture above is the room, but this is my old roommate's furniture... it can be rented empty, or semi-furnished with some things i have available (twin mattress and small book shelf). you will need a plug-in lamp for lighting.
bathroom has a double sink, you would get your own sink with cabinets for your things.
there's a washer/drier in house.
there is free, no restrictions, street parking.
you will have access to the livingroom/diningroom/kitchen, use of my dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. you will have your own shelves in the fridge, and plenty of space in the cupboards for you dry foods.
if you want cable and/or a cleaning service, i will split it with you.
looking for a student or responsibly employed person, friendly, busy, and tidy.
