comfortable room in clean, large apartment in mid-city available for rent immediately. the public spaces of the apartment are furnished; the room itself is unfurnished, although there are a chest of drawers and bedside table available that you can have. the apartment itself is two-bedroom one-bathroom. the room could easily accommodate two people if there are two of you looking to move in. the room also has unbelievably enormous closet space. there is a laundry room in the building.the apartment is centrally located for the entirety of los angeles, and it is approximately equidistant between ucla and usc. i myself am a female graduate usc student looking for a new roommate[s] as my old one is moving to the east coast for law school!

rent is $825 plus utilities. there is a shared parking space in an enclosed garage and plenty of street parking. using public transportation or biking are both very possible from this neighborhood.
