my wife and i are looking for a female that is in need of a room to rent, we prefer females only because the are alot cleaner, and becuase we have other renters in the house that are females as well. we do not do any background check or credit check, we are very cool, laid back people that just want to help others, while at the same time being helped as well. the $450.00 rent will cover your portion of the bills in the house. you will have your own room in our five bedroom home. you will have your own key to your room for your privacy, and you will also have your own key to the front door of the house and the security gate as well. you will be treated as family in our home just like the other renters that we have in the house. you are welcome to move about the house as you please their are no restrictions, drinking is okay and smoking is aslo, we do not judge anybody. our home is a two story five bedroom home, very, very nice. huge kitchen!! when i say huge i mean it. we have a nice back yard and we also have wireless internet!! you can use the kitchen as you please, you can use the washer and dryer as you please also. our home is in a very nice and safe neighbor hood. we have two smalll dogs that are very, very friendly. your room will come with a queen size bed and a color t.v., your room also will have cable in it. there is a nice size closet for you to hang your clothes and your room also comes with a dresser for you to put your things in as well. we do require a $250.00 non refundable deposit. like i said we dont do any background checks and we dont do any credit checks either. we do have one rule, you must be cool as hell to rent this room. no snobby, boogee type females. this room is only for one person, not a family, and no couples. students are welcome! if you are a female that is trying to get away from a bad situation then this room is ideal for you. come check it out for yourself!! if you want some you time, or just some plain ol peace, then this room is right up your ally, don't pass it up! this room will be available wed, july 30th. if you have your own furnituer that you would like to bring to your room then that will be fine i can just put the furniture you don't need in the garage. my wife and i have included a few pictures of the room you will be renting and a picture of the living room downstairs. we also included a photo of ourselves so you can see who you will be living with. serious callers only please. you can call or text me at 832-310-4080 my name is charles. fill free to call anytime. thank you!!!
