i have a large, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house and i use only one bedroom and one bathroom. looking for female roomate. had plenty of male roomates in college and i've had enough of that :) please do not be over 40.

room has own bath/shower, all bills paid, and has internet and cable tv.

would love someone who helps out with chores given that i am often short of time with work. also someone who wouldn't mind grabbing a few drinks when there is free time. you know, someone who is going to be a good roomie. :) but that would just be a plus.
