hi! i have a newly built (in 2013) home. it's a 4/3/2. located right outside of forney city limits. in kaufman county. there is an elementary school two blocks away. 5 mins from hwy 80. 10 mins from rockwall.i occupy the master bedroom and bathroom and use 1 bedroom for my office. i have two bedrooms and two bathrooms available for rent. they are fully furnished (you may want to provide your own mattress, queen size bed, but not required). i am flexible on the rent amount, however we would need to figure out if you'd like to pay a base amount plus half of the bills or of you'd like to pay an all inclusive amount. the house has cable and internet, home security, washer and dryer, and fans in every room.
about me: i am pretty laid back, drink socially, non-smoker. i have pets (cats and dogs) that are inside and well cared for (spoiled rotten). i am an animal lover. i am easy to get along with and fun to be around. i do host girls nights occasionally.
