i am a single older woman who needs some help with rent and utilities. i live in a very nice complex in a townhouse. i share custody with my ex-husband, my children are here on my visitations. they are quiet and will stay out of your space unless invited in.our bedrooms are all upstairs and where we are most of the time. i do have wifi, 42" led 3d tv, wii, atari 75, blu-ray player, washer, dryer.
the room is unfurnished and can hold a california king size bed, two night stands, and a dresser. the bathroom has a door in your room for it and the walk-in closet is off the bathroom. the walk-in closet has plenty of room.
my townhouse is pet friendly (i do work part-time currently at petsmart, so i love all pets) as we do have some of our own that all live in cages or aquariums.
my home is a very peaceful place for myself, my balcony over looks an open courtyard that includes the outdoor kitchen. the pool, office, business office, and workout center is right beside my stairway.
smoking is alright but will only happen outside away from the front door as both my son and myself have asthma and smoke triggers it badly within both of us. i am a social drinker and hardly ever drink at home. drinking for you is fine as long as you are not a heavy drinker.
i need to find a new roommate as soon as possible who would be willing to stay with me at least until the end of my lease agreement (6/2014).........
