hello!i have a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo winth easy walking distance of smu/lovers lane dart station/the village area and the location is a 10-15 minute drive to downtown or richardson/plano. smu / dart bus stops right outside the condo. it's in a great area and the rent is $650/month, which includes electricity and wifi. the place is less than three minute's drive to mockingbird station and right by central market and old town shopping center. i am looking for a decent roommate (clean, courteous, not too noisy, no smoking in the condo, mature etc.). it's on the second floor , the room is 11' x 11' with an 8' closet, and has an attached bathroom with a full sized tub and the bathroom counter is about 5' long, with the sink towards the left side. there is a window in both the bathroom and the bedroom. the price is $650 a month with a 200 dollar deposit and that includes all utilities and wifi. the room is has a full sized bed, chest of drawers, and a small bookcase. i have a dog and a cat that are both very mellow, so pets (under 25 lbs) are ok as long as they are house broken and friendly. female roommate preferred, if you are are into the party scene this will most likely not be a good fit. please let me know if you have any questions.
