me: i'm a non drinker, non smoker and a single mother of one (7 year old) open to race & age.... please no men, no couples, no smokers! the roommate opening!!!. #please one/no children #i stay in a beautiful clean subdivision #your child must be under the age of 8 no exceptions! #no pets #i don't like a lot of traffic, my house is not the hangout spot, i would prefer a homebody, loner, church or the good girl type because i am a mother of a small child and i don't want everyone in and out my house and around my baby and i work from home. #must be a non smoker and that would include any of your guest as well # (i would prefer someone who has a very small circle if even. #i am beyond open to rase but must be 24 or older! no exceptions! #must be willing to get a po box for your own mail. $600 all bills paid i'm seeking someone that is capable and willing to clean up after yourself, and keep my house clean & organize on a regular basis. (picky is my middle name) this will be a mouth to month only lease at first and i will make the decision after your 6 months if i want to extend you out off the month to month lease are not. this bedroom is a fully furnished master sweet and you must supply me with a $100.00 deposit (negotiable) i stay in the mountain creek subdivision off of 20 and beltline which is the next exit after carrier parkway, i'm only seconds away from joe pool lake, two other private lakes, mountain creek public library, mountain creek rec center, parks, shopping in more.. the local elementary school is hyman elementary.. note# if you are single mother and your child is school age and will be attending the same school as my child i would consider picking up and dropping off your child every day, not including watching over him or her until you return home for an additional $150 monthly or $300 extra if child is not school age (i'm licensed under by the state as a childcare provider.
