we have a washer/dryer in the hallway that you have access to, a hall bathroom, a newly remodeled kitchen, backyard with gazebo and deck, and 4 chickens (which means we always have fresh, free eggs!) we also have a top notch router for super fast wifi (included).the room itself has nice tile floors and a thick (nearly sound proof) door. the room also includes a full size fridge/freezer (though you can ask that it be removed, if you prefer). it also has a wardrobe closet with two rods for hanging clothes. we have a few other items you can use, if you need to fill your space (a trunk, bookshelves, etc - just let me know!)
you would have your own key to your room, as well as to the front door. we have an alarm system and a keyless entry. if you need a small storage space, we have access to a shed in the back. our backyard also has a gate into a small greenbelt area.
i pay for maid services so they clean the kitchen, floors, and bathroom on a regular basis. we do have 3 indoor cats and a dog but they would never have access to your room! (they mostly stay in my room.)
