housemate needed dec.15 to join me. i am a graduate student at aoma and a massage therapist/yoga teacher. i am looking for a stable, grounded, good communicator who is friendly, and enjoys keeping a clean/tidy low key/no drama home and doesn’t mind sharing household chores. no drug use or smoking. alcohol in mild amounts ok.no pets. this home has a cat and a small parrot already.
home is a in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. it is surrounded on three sides by the barton creek greenbelt with 2 entry points. there are only 2 entrances to this neighborhood so traffic is at a minimal with almost zero history of theft or crime. large living room with vaulted ceilings, freshly repainted inside and out, new high efficiency heating and cooling, tankless water heater, new appliances. i have a washer/dryer. there is an attached efficiency with a very nice professional quiet couple living there. big front and back yard with trees.
there is easy access, quick to 290 so you can get to where you need to without traffic. central market and wheatsville are only a few minutes away. westgate and brodie oaks shopping centers are close.
