i am looking for someone to take over my lease in december/ january through august (dates negotiable). i live with one other girl (age 23) who is very clean and is gone most of the day and on the weekends. she has a small dog, and she would love a playmate so dogs are definitely welcome. the apartment is gated and in a nice part of austin. it is about a 7 minute drive to downtown. the apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath so you will not have to share a bathroom. the room is pretty big and has a walk-in closet. rent is $540
