i am looking for a roommate to move in between march 1st and may 1st (my current roommate can be flexible). i have a dog and 2 cats, so you must be an animal lover but not have any pets of your own. sorry, 3 is plenty. the rent is $525 plus utilities. the house is fully furnished, but you will need to furnish your room.

i am a 25 year old female with a full time job. i am avid athlete and spend a lot of time outside of the house. i usually wake up (way too) early in the morning, so i would like someone who keeps similar hours or is at least not loud in the evenings. i am open minded and laid back.

what i am looking for:
-male or female roommate with a full time job
-non-smoker
-not a heavy drinker
-animal lover
-clean (especially your dishes)
-conservative (ac, water, lights, etc.)
-quiet
-no frequent sleepovers or long stay guests
- pays rent on time (i charge a late fee)
