looking for a roommate who is employed, clean, and always pays bills on time. would prefer someone around my age (22-35). you would have your own room and private bathroom. i have a full-size washer and dryer. the apartment is on the first floor but because of the awesome hills in austin has a 2nd floor view. i love animals, i already have a cat, so if you have a pet they would have to get along.

you would be on the lease, which would be from move in to july 31st

we would split rent+1/2 bills
