furnished rooms, all utilities paid, no depositi own an 1,800 sq ft home in a safe neighborhood 5 minutes from south park meadows shopping center in austin, tx - about 20 minutes from downtown. i have one room available now that could be a longer 1-2 yr rental (the image on the right with queen bed and dresser) and the other will hopefully be available mid-june or july 1 and could be a shorter rental. this is a unique opportunity for the right person - maybe someone in transition, going through a divorce or moving from out of state.
here's why: both rooms are furnished and i am covering all utilities and sharing everything else - linens, pantry and kitchen space as well as pots, pans, washer/dryer, bbq etc. there is a big community pool and i have a hot tub. no deposit required - no long term commitment required. there is some space in the garage or attic for storage of boxes as long as i can park in the garage.
you are mature and leave our common areas and shared bath clean.
you have a steady job and/or can verify income. you don't have pets and are not allergic to my cat. you preferably don't smoke cigarettes and don't have kids living with you or needing to stay here. you are easy going, communicate well and are respectful.
i'm really easy going, fun and in love with a wonderful man who is here a few nights a week. i'm doing this because i recently quit a soul sucking corporate job to pursue my own design business and music. maybe we can help each other out! if you are seriously interested i will need $45 to run your credit report, criminal and rental history. this is non-refundable.
