hi, i'm a male 19 yr old uta student who works and goes to school full time. i'm buying a house and am looking to rent out some of the rooms to the right people. the house is a beautiful large 2 story house in southeast arlington, on green oaks by i-20 and 360. 15 minutes away from uta, also probably pretty close to tcc.
i'm looking for a chill relax person who is smart with paying their bills on time and does not mind going out to have a good time. i'm a member of a fraternity at uta as well, and i like to go out at nights i do not work to have a good time. i already have one roommate, a very old female friend i've known for a long time (friend friend, not "friend" friend pervs) who works full time. you would be sharing a bathroom with her, since the other bathroom is in my master bedroom, because of that i would prefer a female, not for perverted reasons, not that kinda guy if you got to know me. i'm a very trusthworthy person though, and your privacy would be respected and if u have any requests i'll prob let u do anythin u want as long as its not overly ridiculous. we have lots of fun!
the $400 is not all bills paid though, bills would be split among all members of house equally, dogs are allowed, i have a fenced backyard.
closing date on my house is supposed to be the 27th of august, move in would probably be 1st
