i have a room available for rent. it has a half bathroom, no shower. there is a young couple living here who have a baby on the way due around march-april. must accept living with infants. no children or pets allowed. you are able to smoke, but keep it in your room with the window open or outside only. must be a female age 25-55. no drama, must be respectful, have proof of income, bring your own stuff for your room. respect the younger couple living here please! no pervs. must clean up your own mess (dishes, clothing, picking up your own mess, etc.) no alcoholics allowed. you can drink, but no getting super wasted and acting dumb. if you cause any drama/do anything that should not be done, you will be asked to leave. we are 4-20 friendly, but also keep that in your room or outside. no loud or obnoxious people either. we want a well mannered, clean, mature a
dult. there are some things that still need to be done to the house that are in progress at the moment. no washer and dryer right now but it is getting fixed now. no pictures will be put online, you must come in person for a meet and greet so ee can all meet you before deciding to let you move in, this is a serious thing. contact if interested and we can talk more!
